gated boat launch

For those including me who enjoyed launching the boat for free between the Pitt River bridges.... its now gated! mad.gif

Where is the gate? Just off the pavement?

Garbage gets dumped there and kids bust bust bottles, and the place gets locked up. Bummer! sad.gif
