3/4 cup of Olive oil
1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 - 3 cloves of garlic
1 TBSP & 1 1/2 tsp sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Blend

Sure does beat the stuff you get from the store, be sure all have some :-)

Hey, Lorne.

Thanks for the Caesar recipe. Tried it last night. It was great. While traditional homemade Caesar is delicious, it's also one of the salad dressings we typically DON'T make ourselves, because of all the fuss involved in making it. Your recipe was fast and delicious. 90% of the taste of traditional with 90% less labour! You got to love that.

We finished it with a quick blend.

Be good with a small squirt of anchovy paste too.

Thanks again.

I agree it needs the anchovy paste. As well as some finely diced anchovies.

My mother made the best but I would need to dig to get the recipe. I can remember many get togethers my mother and father had that involved fresh caesar salad, with some fresh crab caught as well as a loaf of garlic bread.
